Summary

TPU3100L Safety Valve Test Bench can be used for testing valves with threaded ends and flange valves size range from DN 15 (1/2") - DN 300 (12"), test pressure up to 9860psi (gas) and 9860psi (water), test media Water, Nitrogen. According to the international test standard API, ISO, and DIN.

For the original of main components of the test bench, pumps and booster are the products of the United States of America. High pressure valves are the products of the Switzerland.

1. Gas and Water Test Bench Specifications

100:1 ratio air-driven air booster used the max output pressure up to 10000psi. 

100:1 ratio air-driven fluid booster used the max output pressure up to 10000psi.

High pressure nitrogen bottles can be used as the pre charge gas to get high pressure test media.

100 psi air compressor can be used to supply driving air.

Gauges: “three pieces φ150 dial panel-mounted gauges, 0.4% accuracy full scale, (10000psi), 8000psi, 5000psi and 1000psi. An auxiliary gauge port is provided with quick disconnects for other gauge range.

All high pressure valves, tubing and fittings are stainless steels .All gauges, valves and regulators are panel mounted.

2. Clamping Equipment

Clamping equipment is used for testing with water and nitrogen including one clamping units . The heavy duty constructed automatic clamping system with a double acting hydraulic cylinder which is operated from the control panel.
