   You can use urethane tire which has been applied  only on reach type forklift trucks on
   counterbalance type forklift trucks too.
   We developed a tire with better physical ability than urethane by mixing high-tech
   hybrid materials to existing urethane.
   This urethane hybrid tire will help you save maintenance costs of your forklift truck.

Feature

1.Save tire replacement costs with tread having more than 3~4 times longer life than exiting

when using solid rubber tire made in Korea, they were replaced every 3 or 4 months.
But when using urethane hybrid solid tire, we saved the costs for replacing three or four solid tires because urethane hybrid tire has tread with three or four longer life than existing solid rubber tire made in Korea.

2. Achieve both improved comport and cooling through air ventilation hole

We secured comfort feeling on urethane hybrid tire at the same level as that of solid rubber tire by introducing air
ventilation hole to urethane hybrid tire. 
And we also improved tire durability through cooling
fnction which can quickly dissipate heat generated at the center of the tire when accelerating

3. Smooth wheel steering

It helps smooth wheel steering with reduced friction factor maintain associated components longer than existing ones.

4. Non-marking and eco-green

The existing solid rubber tire made it difficult to maintain clean work place.
Because it includes black carbon so that it leaves skid mark on the floor and generates carbon dust. And it also generates costs to lay epoxy on the floor again after some period.
But urethan hybrid solid tire can maintain clean work place and reduce dust as it leaves little skid mark and rarely generates carbon dust.  

Conditions recommended for Urethane Hybrid Solid Tire

1. A work place where times of driving forklift trucks for a day are many and
    loading and unloading are often such as distribution centers.
2. A work place where has to replace tire every 2~6 months.
3. A work place where tire could be easily worn as forklift trucks are used on
    asphalt or cement floor.
4. A company or a rental company which drives large amount of forklift trucks.
