The radial multi-pass chiller system is a heat exchanger with higher energy efficiency in industrial materials with high temperature activated carbon, solid urban waste, sewage sludge, compared to an ordinary heat changer. The material produced here is mixed evenly and distributed sequentially in the radial multi-spaced areas of a rotary drum. The radial multi-spaced area with water jackets creates optimum conditions for high energy exchange efficiency, allows enough retention time and no clogging. Finally, this system exchanges 700~900oC materials that exhausted from furnaces, into materials with 30~50oC that can be packed for shipping. This as an heat exchanger also generates hot water(or steam) with 100oC simultaneously from cold water provided. The temperature of this chiller is controlled by adjusting an inlet valve of cold water.

This, in turn, is necessary for rapid cooling the materials with high temperature over 700oC into 30~60oC.
