In particular, ∅1200X6000 N.C ROLL GRINDER is 2 bed wheel traverse type grinder has remarkable surface roughness and precision in crown process for manufacturing and grinding large size roll used in paper and the iron and steel industry. 

For grinding large size roll and securing excellent surface roughness, the precision of wheel spin is critical matter. To achieve high precision, our grinder uses hydrostatic spins operated by low vibration motor with V3 vibration grade, achieving less than 2µ(micro) sway of spins. In addition, accurate whetstone infeed is important to secure high precision in crown process. Our product enables accurate NC control by using hydrostatic type slide structure. 

As above, our machine allows whetstone spinning and  unit infeed  in hydrostatic type to improve grinding productivity.
