This Heating Furnace is needed for making forged products after heating steel products.                             

Our heating furnace is for heating cast and forged products, and equipped with a high-performance furnace suitable for materials and uses. Using ceramic fiber as the main material of the furnace that has an excellent insulation property and a small thermal storage amount, it is designed to be operated conveniently and efficiently with focus on energy saving and quality improvement. It is composed of a body, a door, combustion facilities, safety devices, a control system, and furnace pressure control systems. 

2)Feature 

a. Able to heat object materials in various temperatures in accordance with material  

    properties through the programmed controller. 

b. Uses the F.I.C control method for the control of air-fuel ratio to maintain the optimum

    combustion status; reduces the amount of generated scale by lowering oxygen  

    density in the furnace.

c. Enables fuel saving by maintaining pressure and temperature in the furnace,  

     minimizing damage of refractory, and preventing the inflow of external air.

d. Equipped with a variety of up-to-date safety devices including the programmed control

     system for efficiency and safety in operation.

e. Has an energy-saving structure (Recuperator or Regenerative Burner).
