Automatic Dewaxing
Autoclave is used for removal of wax from ceramic shell in the shortest cycle
time. It is simple to operate and safe to use.
The Dewaxing
Autoclave is a jacketed autoclave where the jacket has been extended to form an
integral boiler. The autoclave section
is used to dewax ceramic shells for investment cast parts and has been designed
to achieve the fastest possible cycle times. Electrical immersion heating rated
gives direct energy input and the absence of exposed steam pipework means no
teat loss between boiler and autoclave.
It
is a C-Frame, practical and saving space. With PLC control system, the
injection pressure, injection time and dwell time can be controlled
automatically. Electric components are imported or joint venture products to
ensure the whole machine will runs long time and steadily. Reliable safety
protective system promises the operator in a safe environment.
