At that time, the director Mr.Zilang Hu gave up his master job in Ankang sanitation and antiepidemic station , started his own business and established the company. In order to develop the rich biological resources of Qinba mountains (Shaanxi province), he worked with several experts who has the same dream with him. After almost 10 years struggling and hard-working, they have established several enterprises which are engaged in research, development and production of herb extract.

In terms of herb extract, their research on the extracting process and comprehensive utilization of the active ingredients of Pueraria, Mulberry bark and leaf gives the company lots of invention patents and scientific research achievements; in terms of Eucommia comprehensive utilization and Eucommia new polymer material comprehensive utilization, the company is in the forefront of the domestic industry. The company has a great contribution to the development and utilization of the Eucommia, in 2012; they successfully undertook The National Eucommia Comprehensive Utilization Industry Demonstration Project. Meanwhile, they bought 40 hectares in YueHe Industry Park and built a new herb extract factory. The new factory which was constructed according to the 2010 GMP standard and equipped with 5 herb extracting Production lines and 1 Eucommia Gum Production line is capable of processing 3000 tons per year and producing 200 tons Eucommia Gun. The company also have 2000 hectares GAP base.
