Hongik Medicals Systems RS Series consist of product lines customized for general hospital and large hospital environment. HIGH-DURABLE LARGE-SCALE CHAMBER
There are three options in RS series for work load; customers may choose one for their work load among 110ℓ(RS1100), 228ℓ(RS2200) and 380ℓ(RS3800). The large scale sterilization system designed systematically will enhance the efficiency of large scale sterilization work within central supply room.
FULL AUTOMATIC STERILIZATION
In the ever-changing hospital environment, a variety of materials to be sterilized are generated. Proper handling of such materials is a fundamental work for patients' health as well as safe working environment for hospital workers. RS series are equipped with the optimal automatic operation mode which handles general sterilization work required for hospital. The full-automatic program consists of 4 basic cycles. They can be divided into Vacuum Mode and Gravity Mode depending on air removal method. Most of sterilization work can be easily handled via full-automatic mode. The work can be effectively performed with User Mode. In addition, 2 types of tests, Bowie-Dick Test and Vacuum Leak Test, are provided to validate the accuracy of sterilization work, which ensures the establishment of high-reliable sterilization system.
MOBILE PHONE SMS ALARM
RS series are equipped with mobile alarming functions which sends operational status and failure via SMS. In addition, data back-up and PC application program are also available, which allows user to easily check various operational data including printing out sterilization graph.
ONE-TOUCH AUTO SLIDING DOOR
These series adopt safety auto-sliding door which can be easily opened/closed with one button to increase work convenience. There is a double safety lock in the door, which ensures convenience as well as user safety.
HMI / MICOM CONTROL SYSTEM
Precise control of temperature and pressure in steam sterilization method using high pressure saturated steam equipped with high precision super PID control system has a great impact on sterilization effect. Super PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller applied to RS series constantly controls temperature and pressure with little deviation as 0.5°C, 5kPa in sterilization. Such control method reduces the risk of incomplete sterilization to increase both efficiency and reliability.
