We have the special knowhow on cosmetic sponge production and we serve the best customer service for your convenience. The head office is in Incheon Korea and there is a sponge manufacturing factory in the same building with the head office. There is a warehouse and factory in another town in Incheon for product saving and puff process manufacturing.

Recently, we arranged a factory in Qingdao China to produce cotton and flocked foam puffs so that we can cut down the price. Our R&D department always studies and develops new products and invests industrial equipment to have the best production capacity. We also have received various patents on our products and international certificates such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. With these competitive technology, quality, and global marketing, we are expanding our business abroad.

Our customers are all over the world and most of them are in Western Europe. The second major customer is in North America, and the third one is in Japan. For example, we have been supplying our cosmetic sponge products with Burberry, Lancome, Loreal, Givenchy, Maybelline, Neutrogena, Shiseido, and Avon. Also, there are many domestic customers in Korea such as The Face Shop, Missha, Tonymoly, Etude, and Innisfree.

(1)   NBR Sponge

NBR sponges have a superior pickup and payoff and an advantage of durability, tensile force, and oil resistance. Therefore, they are used for oil based makeup, creamy foundation, and two way cake. We can offer various shapes, logos, colors, and sizes. Also, we basically do anti-bacteria, anti-copper, and anti-UV treatment for hygiene and durability purpose.

(2)   SBR Sponge

SBR sponges are used as the alternative of NBR sponges. SBR sponges have less pickup and payoff, durability, tensile force, oil resistance, but their price is cheaper than NBR sponges. SBR sponges are better for non-oil based makeup. We can offer various shapes, logos, colors, and sizes. Also, we basically do anti-bacteria, anti-copper, and anti-UV treatment for hygiene and durability purpose.

(3)   Polyurethane Flocked Foam Puff

Polyurethane flocked foam puff is used for pressed powder and loose powder makeup. The puff can have a satin band on the top. Also, a satin, PU (synthetic leather), or suede backing can be combined. There are various shapes, logos, colors, and sizes.

(4)   Cotton Velour Puff

Cotton velour puff is used for loose powder makeup. The puff can have a satin band on the top or can be a glove type. Also, a satin, PU (synthetic leather), or suede backing can be combined. There are various shapes, logos, colors, and sizes.

(5)   Fluffy Puff, Polyester Puff, and Glitter Puff

Fluffy (acrylic) puff, polyester puff, and glitter puff are made with the finest materials and used for facial or body powders. We can make various shapes, logos, colors, and sizes.
