Product Information
The constant force springs are manufactured from spring steel strip. They are coil-shaped and wound in a single plane. Constant-force springs lie in a state of relaxation when they are fully rolled up, and become charged with force when they are partially or completely unrolled. When released, the spring recoils by pulling the extended ribbon back into a tight roll. Since the recoil force comes mostly from part nearest to the coiled roll, a constant force is maintained.
The material is in Stainless steel, high carbon steel and other required steel strip. The length and load are according to customer's specifications
