Feature

5. Adopted sealed dehumidification drying mode, small ventilation volume, and easy to keep aroma of tobacco leaf. Due to good tightness of heat pump smoke chamber, respiratory action of tobacco released CO2 to increased CO2 content during the baking process, it's helpful for tobacco leaves to turn yellow and common material to form, so that improved the quality of tobacco leaf. Compared to the tobacco which baked by common drying room, reducing sugar increases slightly, nicotine, total nitrogen and protein content has declined obviously, and it makes the proportion for main chemical components of tobacco leaves more coordinating. Meanwhile, it is more useful for improving the tobacco flavor and reducing irritation and mixed gas.
