silicon carbide is colorless transparent crystal. Industrial silicon carbide because of the variety and content of the impurities contained, and assumes the yellow, green, blue and black, transparency vary with the different purity. Commonly there are two varieties of black silicon carbide and silicon carbide, green silicon carbide.

Main purposes: 1. As abrasive, abrasive tool can be used to do, such as grinding wheel, whetstone, grinding head, sand tile etc. 2. As a high temperature resistant materials and metallurgical deoxidizer. 3. High purity single crystal and can be used for manufacturing semiconductors, manufacturing silicon carbide fibers.

My company produces content is 99%, 98%, 85%, 50% of the silicon carbide. Fixed carbon content from 0.6% to 15%, ferric oxide content in 0.7% 2.0%, 0-2.0% 3 oxidation 2 aluminium content
