Currently the pure polyester outdoor light powder coating which the gloss is less than the 10% mainly adopts the acrylic acid matting resin, because the other ways of matting is hard to reach such a gloss. 

Acrylic acid matting resin has a biggest characteristic. The mechanical properties is improved greatly, that is, the bending anti-impact is better.

Usage and dosage

Mixed with other materials and then extruded out.

The ratio of pure polyester resin (acid number about 35) and X35: 3:1

If you want to adjust the gloss, reduce the amount of X35 and add the appropriate hardener TGIC. Maximum amount of filler added to 50%.
