Multi-layer blown film extrusion line designed to be fit for applications such as Masking and Shrinkable packaging, lamination, agriculture, food and medical packing, vacuum packing, adhesive, special application to electronic parts and etc. Various raw materials are available through each extruders and it's not necessary to laminate each film layer to meet their required properties. Our multi-layer line is right for high productivity and high quality it's essential for these markets. Depending on application and system of extrusion, it's recommended two selections of Die rotating unit or Nip roll oscillating unit and three selections of winding system. Turret touch & gap winder, Surface touch winder, Shift roll winder. It's sure that winding of final products is also very important one of all process, Quality of film is sometimes determined at the status of winding so that we, Shin Kwang Engineering Co., Ltd. are supplying three types of winding machines as Turret Touch & Gap Winder, Surface Touch Winder and Shaft Roll Winder.
