Introduction

The product can be used as nodularizer, inoculant, in line with national standards (GB/T4138-930).

Properties

(1)Appearance: silver gray section, block, not powder.

(2)Melting point :980 - 1180°C.

(3)Specific gravity :4.0 - 4 .1

(4)Granularity:5 - 30mm, smaller than 5mm and larger than 30mm of it does not surpass 5% of the total weight.

Features

The nodularizer has many features,such as strong nodularization , stable composition, smooth reaction, no recession worries.

Applications

(1)We produce all kinds of ductile cast iron for the various plate of RE-Si-Mg alloy nodularizer.After added to the molten iron, it can play the role of nodularization, desulphurization, degas, etc.

(2)It can increase the purity of the cast water , and with arsenic, zinc( low melting point impurities), it can generates compounds,which are insoluble in iron and low melting point . Remove these impurities can prevent the interference of nodularization damage.  

(3)For the mechanical manufacturing,it is the good nodularizer of produing ductile cast iron, also can be vermiculizer.
