JLD-837 is a new tpye of plasticizer and exacted from vegetable oil by modification. JLD-837 can fully replace Epoxy Soybean Oil(ESO). In comparison with Epoxy Soybean Oil, the adventage of JLD-837 is as below:

1, Better in intermiscibility and plasticizing efficiency than Epoxy Soybean Oil. JLD-837 can substitud 30%~50% of main plasticizer(DOP), which effectively reduce the cost of PVC products.

2, execlled in electrical insulating property, JLD-837 can be used in electirc wire and pipes.

3, lower solid point than Epoxy Soybean Oil, which can be used at very low tempareture.

4, JLD-837 is a green and degradable product, without any toxic, which can pass SGS Test.

Usage: JLD-837 can be substitute for Epoxy Soybean Oil. It can be widely used in PVC calendered, flexible and semi rigid PVC molding. For example, artificial leather, flooring leather, electric wire, PVC foan board, rubber products, flocking glue and toys etc.
