Our rubber rake teeth, baler pick up teeth and wheel rake teeth are produced by the injection molding machine for the consistence rubber quality.  All products consist of natural rubber(Hardness: Shore A 72+/-5) and spring steel tine(Hardness:  HRC 45) with hook style head for maximum rubber adhesion and by the induction heating and induction tempering for the long lasting performance which is better quality than oil tempered spring wire.

We do pull-test and cycle-test by OEM test specifications before shipping to customers.
