When highly condensed NaCl solution is provided to the electrodes (positive and negative) installed in the electrolytic cell and an electrolysis is conducted, sodium hypochlorite of high concentration is generated, which is then mixed with water to produce an electrolyzed sterilizing solution of a certain level of concentration.
