Boiler heating

The period
of installation

As a standardized self-assembly
ondol panel, anybody can install
it conveniently(82.5m²/day).

Installation is much complicated and
the curing period of concrete is so
long that the period of installation is
quite longer(82.5m²/5-7days).

Reinstallation

It can be installed on the existing
floor without removing. As a light
weight of board(about 16kg),
loadings of the building can be
dispersed, so this product is the
most suitable for the heating
system in existing building.

It requires a lot of time and costs
for installation because pipe lines
must be arranged after removing
the floor(at least 9cm). Due to
heavy loading, it may have a risk
of collapse in existing building when
reinstalled.

The cost of
installation

The height of installation is so
thin(15mm) that the costs for high
building will be much saved
(finishing material of cement +
pipe insulator + panel).

The height of installation is more
than 100mm so it requires a high
costs for installation
(broken stones + styrofoam +
gravel + finishing material of
cement).

Strength &
reusable

There will be no risk of damage
in the course of installation and it
can be reusable as self-assembly
product.

There will be a risk of damage in
the course of installation and it is
not possible to reuse after the
installation.

Defect-repair

The cause of defect is rare, but
in the event of a defect, its repairing
is very easy.

There are many reasons for the
cause of defect and in the event of
a defect its repairing is difficult.

Thermal
conductivity

Due to the fast thermal conduction
and more than 95% of insulation
effect, fuel costs can be much
saved.

Thermal conduction is not so fast
and more than 70% of insulation
effect is not expected, so fuel costs
may be much higher.
Heat is consumed inefficiently on the
thermal storage layer.

Heating
effect

100% of heating effect can be
guaranteed after the installation
of panel.

In the event of existing coil, due to
the uncertainty of interval of the
coil, heating effect is not fully
guaranteed.

The cost of
heating

Heating can be partly divided in
a room.

Boiler should be operated for heating
the whole space, so heating can't be
partly divided in a room.
