We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying Hydraulic Button Press.These Hydraulic Press are built with a unique concept of micro alignment to increase the quality and performance of the DTH Bits.
The machine is designed to ensure the following
1.Easy and free movement of all axes to facilitate self alignment when the locator pin enters the buttonhole.
2.Picking of axis of button to button hole in the bit is ensured within 10 to 20 microns.
3.Rigid and frim clamping of all axis and componenet in position to ensure coaxially of button to button hole.
4.Guiding the carbide button precisely while pressing into the button hole in the bit to ensure equal distribution of intereference zone around the button and eliminating the cause for bell mouth formation in bore.
5.Fast and controlled pressing of button ensuring equal loads and eliminating causes for micro cracks on button .
6.Ergonomically designed to ensure easy operation,low fatigue.
