MEGA Slim Coat (MSC) is easy spray-on insulation coating with incombustible that can be replaced all existing insulation coating products that spread in 50mm. 100mm or 150mm thickness. The products enable insulation coating to apply a slim type is decreased from 3mm to 5mm thickness instead of existing insulation coating products.

MEGA Slim Coat is produced by combining an eco-friendly inorganic binder, a silica aerogel, an inorganic hallow body, a functional addictive, and an inorganic pigment that can implement various colors. It provide excellent insulation performance as well as adhesive property and it can be applied to various materials includes metallic surfaces, Cement, Lumber, Glass, Marble, EPS, PVC, PE, PP, FRP. It is treated with a durable water repellent that can be applied to interior, exterior, and industrial pipes.

MEGA Slim Coat passed the industry's most stringent test for fire retardants (KS F ISO 1182) by Fire Insurers Laboratories of Korea. It provides low thermal conductivity (0.039W/(m.K)) and excellent adhesive strength of at least 2MPa

MEGA Slim Coat consists of the following three products.

• MEGA Primer (MSC-PRIMER) for base coating : One-type, Layer Thickness 0.3~0.5mm (Tool-Brush, Spray Gun, Roller)
• MEGA Slim Coat (MSC-MAIN) for middle coating : Ony-type, Layer Thickness 3~5mm (Airless, Spray Gun for born-tile, High pressure spray)
• MEGA Silan Coat (MISC-SILANE) for top coating : Two-type, Layer Thickness 0.2~0.3mm(Airless, Spray Gun)x Sold separately
