SY600-6 four column hydraulic press machine is the equipment specially designed for pressing iron powder into block. By replacing the mold, the machine can also be used for the pressing molding in metallurgy, refractory, machinery and chemicals. The machine adopts hydraulic transmission and pressing; products with different specifications and models can be produced by the replacement of mold. The four column hydraulic press machine is the ideal equipment for pressing molding with the features of reasonable structure, easy operation and high automation.
Working Principle
SY600-6 four column hydraulic press machine consists of seven parts, that is, host, hydro-cylinder, feeding parts, discharging parts, mold, hydraulic pump station and electric control.
The whole production line uses automatic control by computer and has three kinds of semi-automatic, manual and automatic. After the power is switched on, adopt the manual operation and check each part to ensure the correct operation. Then start the automatic button, after that the raw material is carried into the silos by the conveyor belt. Next, the feeding car will send the raw materials into the mold cavity with the driving force of cylinder. The feeding car returns and the cylinder will give force to the working surface; at the same time, the master cylinder is opened and stops after the pressing molding.
Technical features:
1. The electrical part adopts PLC control and has features of strong anti-interference, high automatic degree and easy operation.2. Hydraulic station adopts integral professional valve block and large drift diameter cartridge valve to avoid the oil leakage, reduce the oil temperature of the system and improve the system stability.3. The cooling system is equipped to ensure that the equipment will work normally even under the overheating oil temperature.4. The frame part adopts integral steel, which can improve the stability and life of the equipment.5. The oil cylinder adopts tandem type, which increases the movement speed and productivity.6. According to the working condition of user, automatic screw feeder and chain type automatic discharger can be equipped to reduce the labor intensity of workers.
