Operating Instruction

1 preparation before splice

1.1stripping fiber’s other protective layers outside the coating layer

1.2placing protection sleeve over fiber

1.3Strip and clean outer coating of fiber

1.4 fiber cleaving(it’s better to equip ALK-66A)

1.5 place optical fiber

2 fusion splicing 

2.1select splice program and set splice parameters

2.2automatic alignment and head-face inspection

Interchangeable Fiber Holders ;Fiber holders adopt Interchangeable design. we can change different fiber holders for different fiber splicing:
