PW combined bit system
It is our newest technology which is extended from PUD overburden system.
PW combined bit allows an innovative drilling system can drill multiple forms such as normal dth button bit and extended reaming as overburden system in one bit.
Prior to PW system, our customer had to purchase Button bit and PUD system for special occasions such as Socket Piling or extended anchoring project.
But, by our development of PW system, customer is able to reduce construction period to half by excluding exchanging time of parts.
For example, if customer drills with Button bit first for 30 meter depth, they need to take out the product from the 30 meter below to exchange to bottom bit to PUD system.
This sequence takes long time, but usage of PW system eliminates this sequence.
Also, Reduces construction cost to 40% by no need of purchasing both Button bit and PUD system.
This PW system clearly draws line between which our product can do and other cannot do by unique design of our product.
