FCWS detects the vehicle ahead and issues early warnings to alert driver for taking a dodge or braking maneuver prior to collision through a CMOS camera mounted on the windscreen behind the rearview mirror. It helps driving safety by keeping appropriate distance of vehicle ahead.

Side Obstacle Warning System
The system is adopted to detect the status of approaching objects (including all types of vehicle and pedestrians) in the both blind area of left and right sides by active image recognition processes of machine vision. As the object with defined characteristics in blind area is detected, the system has issued the warning (beep and LED) messages to a driver actively.

Explanation of GUI

1. LDWS menu button, please push that button to install & set
2. LDWS on/off button
3. adjust the timing to alert for your car.
4. You can set the speed to activate LDWS function by touching this button.
   EX) 60 / 80 / 90 / 100km/h
   So it doesn’t work under the setting speed.
5. This button is for matching with your car and calibration of LDWS.

Explanation of Installation

1. This UI show you that you can install the setting of LDWS matched with your car.
2. First, choose your type of car.
3. And then, the next picture will be displayed.
4. Move the main unit and adjust the red guide line to the road mark in live-view.
5. At the end, push the “installation” button

Finishing of Installation

1. Drive your car over setting speed during 1minute , and then the left picture will be displayed.
2. LDWS system will be calibrated automatically.
3. You can also set the alert timing of both of lane(left & right)
4. For example, you want to set the alert timing of left lane, push the left-arrow button(①), the timing is more faster. Otherwise touch the right-arrow button(②), the timing is more slower. Setting Right lane alert timing is opposite method. Actually, left-arrow button is slower, right-arrow button is faster
