Perfix™ Spinal System
The Perfix™ Spinal System is a posterior, non-cervical pedicle and non-pedicle fixation system indicated to provide immobilization and stabilization of spinal segments in anatomically mature patients as an adjunct to fusion by autogenous bone graft in the treatment of the following acute and chronic instabilities or deformities of the thoracic, lumbar and sacral spine.

- A low-profile polyaxial screw head
- Rounded screw head allowing superior angulation
- No complication but efficiency self tap of the screw
- No hex rounding & no cross threading of the set screw
│INDICATIONS FOR USE│
- Spondylolisthesis (Grade 3 and 4)
- Degenerative spondylolisthesis with objective evident of neurological impairment
- Trauma (i.e. fracture or dislocation)
- Spinal Stenosis
- Deformities or curvatures (i.e., scoliosis, kyphosis, and/or lordosis)
- Tumore
- Pseudoarthrosis
- Failed previous fusion
