ACC(Air Cooled Vacuum Condenser)

The combined Cycle Power Plant within the city’s vicinity generates electricity and supplies a heat source to the district & factory using the remaining heat from steam.
At this point, it condenses exhaust steam into water at the location of the steam turbine's outlet. There are two kinds of condensers, one is a surface condenser which uses water, the other is an air cooled vacuum condenser which uses air. The claimed environmental problem has caused water shortage. The spotlight is now on ACC, as it is more environmentally friendly than using a surface condenser using water.

Air Cooled Vacuum Condenser is a system to generate electricity using a steam turbine to condense steam into water through the Air Cooled Vacuum Condenser's bundles. Maintaining a constant vacuum of internal steam turbine is our core technology.
The reason for keeping the vacuum is that the lower pressure is able to increase efficiency in power generation
It needs the use of refrigerants for condensing steam into water.
Because the conventional surface condensers use water as refrigerant, it is not proper in the area where there is water shortage. Therefore, Air Cooled Vacuum Condenser is more cost effective because it uses air as cooling system, and is very environment friendly.
