High efficiency Double-Effect Absorption Chiller

Through 35% higher efficiency than existing COP 1.0 products, approximately 26% of energy consumption can be saved. With the same installation area and volume, air-conditioning efficiency is improved to the world’s best COP 1.35 in the Double efficiency Absorption type.

 

 

High efficiency is achieved through adopting 2 stage evaporation/absorption cycle

Through adjusting evaporation/absorption typed cycle of the bottom part to 15~11°C of chilled water temperature and 32~34.5°C of cooling water temperature by Up-and-Down division of evaporation/absorption typed cycle, the strength of a solution can be decreased. With this, concentration difference is increased, which can reduce circulation volume of the solution. Likewise, through reducing circulation volume, to reduce heat loss occupied by cooling water and heat boiled in high temperature generator, high efficiency of cycle is achieved.

 

Through a Parallel Flow system of liquid flow, maximization of energy saving can be achieved

In a Parallel flow system, since weak solution of an absorber is separately dispersed into a low temperature generator and a high temperature generator, pressure loss, generated by Serial flow system, can be reduced. In addition, since solution volume is reproduced with by halves, solution rotation power comes to decrease and a high efficiency compact solution heat exchanger can be used, which bring a great effect on energy saving. In conclusion, it has an advantage to maximize energy saving effects based on its reasonable structure.

 

Through high-efficiency heat exchanger, higher efficiency can be exerted

Through recovering heat loss of inner cycle, using low temperature generator condensing refrigerant heat recovery unit, high efficiency is achieved. High efficiency and miniaturization are achieved thorough serial connection of a liquid heat exchanger, using a welding typed Plate heat exchanger favorable for high-efficiency and miniaturization, so as to ensure optimal Fluid Velocity even with less liquid volume.

 

Low temperature blowing air-conditioning system

It can be independently operated at 5°C of chilled water outlet temperature and applied to a Low temperature air-conditioning system Low temperature blowing air-conditioning system is a system to one of Large temperature Difference systems, to apply Supply Temperature difference of air-conditioners to a large degree. In other words, it is a system where Supply Temperature difference of air-conditioners is designed at more than 10°C and its airconditioner outlet temperature is less than 14°C. This is a system where blower power is saved through adopting a low air-conditioning system, and the size of a blower and ducts is reduced, which reduces operation cost and initial investment. In addition, in the low blowing air-conditioning system, you can feel same comport as the standard air-conditioning unit, even when it is operated at lower indoor temperature, more energy can be saved.

 

CO2 emission is reduced.

As energy consumption of chiller is reduced, CO2 emission is also reduced. In other words, the high-efficiency chiller is an eco-friendly product to contribute to preventing global warning, with its less CO2 emission, than existing products.
