Issues of the conventional construction method

• Fixes plywood (12mm) on wood with nails for concrete casting on floor plate.
  Puts insulation and dustproof Styrofoam on plywood, cast concrete, and then removes wood and plywood.
• Inconsistency with the total array size of the floor plate causes the cut-off of a scrap of plywood - excess loss of material and labor costs
• Transportation, installation, and removal of plywood – excessive cost of transportation

Advantages of YESS Form System

• In the state of zero energy loss, the system casts concrete. Therefore, it improves around 15% intensity of cast concrete in winter (cold season) compared to  the conventional method.
• The system does not require plywood, instead, assemblies YESS form on wood along with H-BAR, Corner Bar, Plastic connection pins. After that, it casts concrete. Therefore, it does not require installation and removal of plywood.
