Introduction

It is the product for improving durability to minimize the determinants of the service life of (design and construction) and the impact of the deterioration factors (environmental degradation) of chemical plants, steel mills, power stations, pylons and poles, cranes, steel structures in industrial complexes, and for extending the life of steel structures and for extending of commonality. After repairing and reinforcing fragile site (including damaged area such as welding area, etc.) with epoxy resin materials, it prevents corrosion of steel surface including the fragile site.

* Mixing ratio (main component: curing agent) = 4:1

Features of Product

1. Corrosion-resistant epoxy coatings are based on 75µm.
2. Bonding strength and adhesive property are excellent, so there is no delamination
3. As the product is mildly alkaline, it doesn’t make steel surface oxidized ted ion or aging
4. The product is manufactured with pure epoxy, so weather resistance is excellent and service life is long
5. Excellent abrasion-resistance is , so surface doesn't scratch.
6. Strong durability, good impact resistance, and high strength.
7. Good acid-resistance and alkali-resistance.
8. Excellent heat resistance.

• Various tanks including fuel tank, etc., water and sewage, gas pipelines, steel pipe, vessels, lock gate, water gate, steel girders for bridges and railway vehicles, power equipment (inlet channel, drainage), industrial machinery

How to Store

• Keep the lid closed completely at dry and room temperature at 20°C to be stored away from any source of moisture.
• Please dispose the product out of retention period chemically.
• Retention period: 4 months for summer, 6 months for winter
