WDC-100 is crosslinkable polyethylene made of chemically crosslinking polyethylene using a XLPE compound. It is an ideal material for making low voltage power cables insulator.

Polyethylene is combined with silane compound in order to make silated hybrid polymer, which constructs moleculars 3-dimension organization. Both of graftage and plasticity are performed in a single-stage of production extrusion. Using ratio can be adjusted by changing temperature and humidity. In specific countries, using ratio depends on local temperature and surrounding humidity. But crosslinking polyethylene cable can be kept within 7~15 days on external bare ground exposed to the sun and humidity. In dried area, finished cable should get wet before exposed to the sun. Because all ingredients exist inside compound (except color master batches if requested), mixing them is not requested before using them.

WDC-100 can be supplied by requests on specially treated black master batch used as high-price cable and having safety against UV.
