This mill is multipurpose economical mill which can handle lumpy & irregular size materials to produced fine to micro fine powder. Manual or auto feed control device feeds material at a controlled uniform rate to a shattering impact chamber of swinging hammers. Fine powder undergoes strict fineness inspection through wizard classified before discharging through blower unit to a cyclone collector. Fine dust is entrapped in a dust collector. Screenless pulverizer is recommended for fine grinding of soft to medium hard to hard, slightly moist, fiber material with bulk production requirement. Mill is uneconomical where frequent changeover of products is required with low production coast.
