1. OVERVIEW OF PERMANENT MAGNETIC LIFTER
 JQYD series permanent magnetic lifter is based on our company’s general manager Mr. Xu Jun feng’s patented “Magnetic circuit switch” technology to develop the series of patented products (The invention patent number is 02138572.6, international monopoly main category number: H01F7/02). The technical characteristics are as follows:
 Using double (multi) axis, double (multi) gap magnetic circuit design, the lifter not only has a high surface magnetic field intensity, but also simultaneously has higher magnetic field depth.
 Using industrial pure iron to shield magnetic field makes the magnetic field close at Zero magnetic field.
 Using the remote hydraulic control makes it convenient to implement automatic work.
Characteristics of Conventional products:
 The existing products in the market are divided into two main categories :
a) Small Permanent Magnetic Lifter: The product has high surface attracting capacity (up to 16 - 25Kgf/cm2), but the use of uniaxial and single magnetic circuit gap magnetic circuit design determines that these permanent magnetic lifters only have surface attracting capacity but no higher magnetic field depth. So they cannot be applied to large-scale lifting devices. They cannot be applied to attract the scrap steel. It is only restricted in the attracting of small tonnage and plane materials, (attraction of plates and pieces is les 5000Kg); Another permanent lifter of leverage structures can only be used for attracting flat type of steel parts. And its magnetic field cannot be closed, thus its use is very limited.
b) Conventional Lifting Electromagnets: Because of their ease to control and advantages of large magnetic field depth they are used in many industries.
But there are many disadvantages, such as
1. High energy consuming,
2. In need of power failure protection,
3. Magnetic hysteresis,
4. Small unit area attraction,
5. Temperature rise after long time usage
6. High maintenance cost,
7. Short life
8. A decrease in attraction capacity after long run.
 All these are much familiar problems raised with lifting electromagnets, but there is no substantial solution so far. Therefore the JQYD series permanent magnetic lifter (Maximum lifting force is over 100 tons) is the first of its kind at home and abroad and can completely replace lifting electromagnet and can be widely used in steel (iron and steel plants, steel warehouse, steel scrap treatment plants, large foundry, etc.) shipbuilding, heavy machinery manufacturing and other industries, port and dock to lift and transfer the steel, iron and other magnetic components.
 
 
2.JQYD SERIES PERMANENT MAGNETIC LIFTERS CHARACTERISTICS:
1. HIGH MAGNETIC INTENSITY- uniform in entire working face: It uses high-coercive rare earth NdFeB material, double axis, and double gap magnetic circuit design. It not only has strong and uniform surface attraction (maximum pull force is up to 1 8 ~ 25kgf/cm2 on flat iron, and the rated attraction is up to 4.5 ~ 6.0kgf/cm2), but also has deep magnetic field. So it can attract a wide range of materials with magnetic permeability such as scrap steel, plates, bars, steel coils structural steel and all kinds of large-scale iron and steel parts.
2. WITHOUT EXCITATION: It is highly energy saving. Power is consumed only during the operation of “circuit switch” (about 3KW power for each attraction process and the work period of switch takes few seconds, so a high amount of energy is saved).
3. HEAVY TONNAGE: JQYD large tonnage products are heavy permanent magnetic lifters, the maximum attraction capacity of a single one is up to over 100 tons.
4. BEING SAFE AND RELIABLE: NO power is needed for attraction, so there is no need of power protection. In case of power or circuit failure there is no danger of object drop as the permanent magnet is still attracting the object. Thus there are no equipment accidents and this assures safety. Moreover, maintenance cost is small.
5. Using the remote (electric) liquid PLC control makes the operation convenient and automatic.
6. Adjustable magnetic field intensity, and it is easy to control. The attraction towards the plate parts can be divided; also be more than one combination, for the lifting of various lengths of steel plate, bar, or profiles.
7. No temperature rise, and attraction is constant. In continuous work, the attraction will not decrease.
8. NO HYSTERESIS PHENOMENON: "magnetic circuit switch" has rapid response in attracting and discharging iron.
9. MAGNETIC FIELD CAN BE SHUT COMPLETELY: when " magnetic circuit switch" is closed, the work area surface magnetic field intensity will be closed to zero.
10 LONG LIFE- high coercive NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet materials have steady performance (the decay of magnetic field of permanent magnet will not be more than 5-8 % in 10 years).
