IK Corporation was founded by key personnel who worked at R&D center, purchase & parts development, export, and planning department in Daewoo Motor Co. for more than 20 years after General Motors in USA acquired Daewoo Motor Co. in 2001.

On the basis of experience of all our founding members who built car factories all over the world and local parts localization when served Daewoo Motor Co., we are now designing, manufacturing the most competitive car production line, machinery & equipment and providing them to overseas esteemed car manufacturers. In addition, we are also designing, developing, and producing the core parts belong to engine, transmission and brake system and precision cold forging parts which are being exported to overseas.

In 2008, we have entered anti-vibration business and were contributing to Korean industrial development in partnership with overseas advanced technology companies. In addition, we have been striving to acquire the highly advanced technology of seismic isolation against earthquake.

As a solution against a recent water shortage over the world, we developed "Mechanical Vapor Re-compression(MVR) Distiller" by distilling sea water, brackish water, infected water through a very effective heat pump system using mechanical vapor recompression method for the production of high purity water for drinking and industrial reuses. Besides, we have also developed "Automatic Waste Water Treatment System(ECLDM)" for recycling or sewer discharge, which is the most advanced efficient and self-contained electrical and mechanical waste water treatment systems. We are now selling to local and overseas market with very competitive price.
