The lack of technical manpower and sudden rises in personnel expenses are causing delay in construction work and reduced profitability. As a corrective measure for these problems, mechanization and increased productivity in the construction process are strongly demanded. GABJIN tower Lift makes a decisive contribution to these to these requirements and solves the problem of personnel accidents, the most serious problem affecting construction sites.

The Tower Lift, developed through GABJIN on-house technology, can transport personnel and material quickly and precisely to desired locations, making I the ideal choice for today's construction sites, whose structure are becoming bigger and higher.

Equipped with two 9.5KW power motors, it can transport up to 1,000kgs of load at a climbing rising speed of 40m/min. It allows the standardized Truss-Type Mast of 1,508mm to be installed and mounted up to a height of 150m, and it's cage dimensions are 1,300(w)X3,000(l)X2,800(h). Installed a counter-weight of 1,000kg to the opposite side of cage along side the Mast, enables GABJIN TOWER LIFT capacity to be 2,000kgs. Twelve types of tower lift, including one special type for underground construction work, are available, and twin cage or derrick system is available for each type of tower lift.

Only two or three technical workers can accomplish the work, without mobilizing any other heavy equipment, such as a crane. Each piece of Mast(1.5m length) can be lifted up to the top of mounted Mast through the Lift's own vertical movement, and the Mast piece is easily adjusted and bolt-jointed to the top piece of mounted Mast by means of a hand winch installed on the roof of the cage.(The sequence for disassembly is the opposite to that for assembly)

After digging out a 300-350mm depth of firm ground, the soil must be well compacted, and 300-350mm thickness of concrete foundation on the compacted soil is required for the installation of Tower Lift.

The use of Wire Rope of the conventional Lift and Winch type results in several problems and disadvantages. To solve these, a precision-machined Rack and Pinion gear driving system is employed, providing high efficiently, safety and economy.
