Ceramic Cartridge

USAGE : Ceramic cartridge which is assembled in faucet valve connect to outside handle, body and inside cartridge which are constitute of valve functionalized parts for cartridge. It functions as on/off according to the move of lever. It also turn left/right, therefore the inside Aluminium(Al2O3) ceramic disc play a role as valve.

- This kind of ceramic cartridge is the installation which exploits ceramic discs to adjust the cold/hot water and water flow. So the characteristic of our ceramic disc is excellent mechanical and thermal function compare with the use of formal polymer or metal disc. Al2O3 was mainly used for this kind of ceramic disc since 1980s until now. Discs made of Al2O3 are widely applied because they are cheap, excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and electrical insulation.

3. DIAMOND LIKE CARBONE COATED CARTRIDGE.
- DLC COATING maintains low torque and inside water pressure endurance in the poor water quality environment.
- Especially it doesn't apply GREASE(or only a little bit) so it is environment-friendly and harmless for human body.

4. JOY- STICK CARTIDGE.
- It applied basic DESIGN method of LEVER innovatively, so it can be adapted to various kinds of faucets.
