Product Information
This is the machine for mixing and crushing the clotted metallic powders by means of steel bar which is revolved and rotated simultaneously for obtaining a homogeneous mixture of powders.
Main parts and its function
- Body: Fully closed acryl & steel cover from the exterior & stable
based machine.
- Main spindle unit: An assembled gear covered with an inclined housing which
allows a spindle and steel bar to rotate and revolve smoothly.
- Mixing bar equipped with wings: For more homogeneous mixing and crushing
powder.
- Container heating unit: For a removal of powder's humidity and for developing
a fluidity of the powder.
- Timer: Mixing time adjustment.
- Door: Equipped with a limit switch for operator's safety.
