The AcouLab SAM-S2003TM Scanning Acoustic Microscopy, a primary focus for High Speed and truly Digital Integrated system designed for nondestructive testing inspection of integrated circuits (IC's) packages and nondestructive method to locates internal discontinuities.
AcouLab developed a High Speed 2 GHz in Real Time A/D Board SAM Systems.
The SAM-S2003 is a "NEW GENERATION SAM".

- Conventional Scanning Mode : A-Mode Scan, B-Mode Scan, C-Mode Scan and T.O.F-mode Scan.
- New Scanning Mode : Multi Layers Slice ( MLS-Mode) Scanning.
- AcouLab provide complete acoustic solution such as Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (SAM); Acoustic Emission Scanning (AES) old name as AE; CT Scan; Phase Array and Ultrasonic Simulation Software (USS Tools)
- AcouLab SAM-2002 is capable to inspect all Plastic Packages, BGA's Family, Micro BGA, Multi Chips Packages (MCP's), Flip-Chip (FC's), Ceramic Chip Capacitor's, and also can scan thru the smaller 0402 packages and below.
- AcouLab New Generation SAM can detect 3 Layers Stack Die and above; It can even achive to detect "Micro Defect 500 nm" and below.
