Features
- No cost for changing oils and waste water treatment fee are need, not using water and oils
- Single stage design enables solid waste easy discharge and eliminate residue in the pump
- No metal-metal contact between screw themselves or casting ensures long pump life and minimum wear. Due to simple design, maintenance is fast and easy
- Screw rotational speed design results low vibration and low noise level
- As special anti-corrosion coating is applied to all parts that are in teflon contact with gas
- For higher pumping speeds and lower ultimate process (vacuum system 2MHDP, 3MHDP series)
Configuration
- Rotor : To consist of a pair rotors. The function is the suction, transportation, compression, evacuation of gas
- Seal : To maintain the dry state of rotor and inside rotor housing by protecting the leakage of lubrication oil to the rotor housing
- Gear Set : To transmit the moving torgue of electrical motor to the main-moving oxis and slave-moving axis of rotor
- Motor : To change the outside electrical energy motion energy, and usually to have water cooling
