Features
- The radiation-type recuperator consists of two layers of cylindrical steel walls, and the air or fuel gases are preheated as they flow between the inner and outer walls.
Since heat recovery is made by radiated heat, it is beat suited to high temperature waste gases at over 900°C. The maximum preheated air temperature obtained is 700°C. This type is also suitable for waste gases containing dust or a funace that is subject to abrupt load variations, allowing stable operation over a long period of time.
Consequently, this type is used in a wide range of industrial fields, including the steel industry, as well we the forging, the glass and other industries.

Consequently, the recuperator is effective in energy conservation in a variety of industrial furnaces, offering positive fuel savings as well as reducing the amount of CO2 gas discharge into the atmosphere, one of the causes of the "Greenhouse" effect."
