Saeco Xelsis SS One Touch Superautomatic Espresso Machine
Saecos new Xelsis SS One Touch Superautomatic is one of the best
high-end superautomatics we have tested in its price range. The Xelsis
is wrapped in stainless steel and has a simple elegant design that
will fit nicely in a high-end home or work place setting. We really
like its intuitive touch screen interface with 6 user profiles that
can each have 6 custom beverages. The removable milk pitcher can be
kept in the refrigerator between uses and we love that it
automatically cleans itself after each use. And if you want to create
your own microfoam it has a separate steaming/hot water wand (with no
panarello) that has strong steam pressure--something we have not seen
on other superautomatic models we have tested in this category.
