High Pressure Regulator 6000 psi
The self-operated, high-pressure regulator can be designed to be used in applications requiring high-pressure reducing regulators for various gases. The regulator can also be used where high-pressure gas must be reduced for use as pilot supply pressure in pilot-operated regulators or as loading pressure in pressure-loaded regulators.
6000 High Pressure Regulator reduces inlet pressures from as high as 6000 psig (413 BAR) down to working pressures ranging between 0 and 225 psig (15.5. BAR).
A choice of three output ports provides plumbing flexibility for easy hookup. A replaceable nylon valve seat provides up to 4 replacement sealing surfaces. The regulator is optionally available with a ¼" NPT female connection on the spring case for remote venting (tapped exhaust). Socket head or tee handle adjustment is available.

The positive control Regulators modulate the intake valve and other system valves to control screw compressor output, installed to sense compressor output pressure. This regulator signals as compressor pressure increases.

Foundry:
Our foundry section can do the melting of Aluminum, Brass and Gun metal components. For all the Screw Compressor and Reciprocating Valves we take out the melt in our foundry.
Machine Shop:
Our machine shop is well laid out with machines and convenient for the workers to carry out their job efficiently. We have a VMC, CNC, a few Lathes and Drilling Machines. All components are machined to customer requirements and inspected before every operation.
Assembly:
Our Assembly room is maintained dust- free to ensure maximum reliability for our products. After assembly every product is tested as per the customer requirements / specifications.
