Applications

Automated Guided Vehicle is a driving system that moves along the designated path by its own driving power, and it has the features of saving manpower, enhancement of productivity and quality, improvement of work environment and safety since setting of free track is available unlike a conveyor or a carriage of rail system. New applications of AGV have currently increased such as the requirement of lots of AGV and the application of large scale system when it started to be applied to the fields of distribution, loading and unloading, and transportation, and the system of transporting to the desired position using infrared ray or laser through the continuous development of technology from the existing transportation system along the rail in track

Core Technology

In case of Transportation by Bobbin – Space utilization is high as loading is available at smaller area comparing with the transportation by a fork lift, since turning radius is not required.  It has accuracy as for safety securing and management of storage and release.

In case of Laser Guide System – Construction of floor area is not required, there is not an intervention with regard to the condition of floor, and the independent and free driving is available in the sight between the sensor and the reference pattern.
In case of Magnetic Induction System – It is the most stable system among AGV induction systems.  Mixed use of epoxy floor and partial steel plate is possible, and it can be used semi-permanently after laying as the installation is simple and construction cost is inexpensive.
