Powder of pupa developed from male tussah is the production of choosing qualified tussah artificially and remaining the male ones after its spinning and cocooning. After unchaining the diapause, under proper temperature and humidity, silkworm pupa generates ecdysone such as 20-hydroxyecdysone, testosterone, and estradiol. Then freeze and reserve the silkworm pupa at the peak period of ecdysone. Wash the frozen male pupa several times, and clean up the bad, dead and undeveloped ones. After chopping, detach the skin of pupa by centrifugating, and then get the pupa succus. At last by grinding, spraying and drying, pupa powder has been produced.
