Features
An equipment to secure wafer and frame with tape before cutting the wafer during the semiconductor packaging. Using silicon on the contact surface of wafer reduces the breakage rate of wafer, and a motor-driven roller enables to run the process at a constant speed. All Auto Tape Mounters are functionally enhanced with a Barcode Labeler to improve the productivity.
