Jeju wine is made from clean bokbunja cultivated in Jeju island and it is developed by Park Won Mok Biotechnology Research Institute Of Korea University. It is made by 'dry' method of maturing and fermenting 100 % bokbunja for more than 6 months, so it is totally different from other bokbunja wine made by 'sweet' method of maturing and fermenting bokbunja with additives such as sugar and etc. for short period of time.
