This machine adopts power electronics synchronous control technique and PLC program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, many times welding. Welding by electromotor; the feeding hopper driven by stepping motor; wheels by brake motor; and wire mesh drawing by stepping motor . The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut. The greatest advantage is that the weft spacing on the same wire mesh sheet is adjustable within certain range.
