DIANANO Brand Maintenance & Energy Saving Gear Oil Additive

DIANANO Brand Maintenance & Energy Saving Gear Oil Additive was developed the R&D center of GENCO. The Gear Oil Additive was produced following the international forefront science and technology of Biomimetic Self-Assembly Nano-Technology (solid-state).

Adding the additive into industrial gear oil at the ratio of 1:300~500, within 24 hours the gear transmission can be realized of energy saving and the energy-saving rate is from 3% to 11%. In most cases the average power-saving rate is around 7%. At the same time, the transmission eequipement vibration and the operating temperature are decreasing. General performance of gear oil may also improve significantly, with better extreme pressure, thermal oxidative stability, anti-emulsifying, anti-corrosion and low temperature mobility. The additive may eliminate or prevent the common wear and tear injury of gear such as fatigue, glue, break and plastic deformation. The additive can ensure that the variable-speed transmission equipment is always in perfect running statue.

[ Scope of application ]

Widely used in machinery parts requiring lubricant oil in iron and steel, mining, rubber cement, oil and light industrial production, such as supporting gearboxes of metal-cutting machine tools, compressed air machine, electric power systems, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery and other fields.

[ Use instructions ]

 Recommended addition proportion : 1:500 (doubled for first time of addition )

 In accordance with the gear box oil consumption, calculate the addition amount, and then add the measured multi-purpose gear oil additive through the gear oil injection port, while avoiding wall-hanging.

In practical application, the gear lubrication has different ways; the addition of 'DIANANO' and the action time will also have corresponding differences.
