Elastic injection

RE-300 is a product made of epoxy resin as main component. Lt has no shrinkage and it will have elasticity (plasticity) after hardening so that it can be used for joint or crack part of concrete structure with vibration. There is unseen vibration or flowing owing to temperature difference, ground subsidence, earthquake, difference of contraction or expansion coefficient due to different materials of concrete structure as well as vibration by movement of huge structure. Generally epoxy resin used for structure has excellent mechanical strength. However , due to this excellent strength, the structure with flowing has a problem. RE-300 epoxy resin processed suitable for the part with vibration is excellent product which maintains repair effect by absorbing the tensile strength applied to the structure effectively as it has strong adhesive power and it keeps about 50% of tensile elongation after hardening.

How to use

lt should be used with after mixing resin with hardener with correct mixture ratio as it is two liquids phase. Pot life may be vary from temperature and the amount of mixture. Lt the amount of mixture is large or the temperature of the place is high, pot life and hardening time becomes fast. lf possible, use small amount of resin and hardener when injecting with structural injector or single liquid phase grouting injection pump (SGI-100,SGI-200), and use the mixture as soon as possible without delay. Particularly, make a mixture in small amount for injection in summer and increase the temperature of the resin in winter. For smooth injection, make sufficient air - vent in injection.

1. When injecting using structural injector (refer to standard specification), weigh the resin and hardener correctly (resin 1kg and hardener 0.5kg) and put about 30cc of mixture into structural injector after mixing well with electric mixer then inject the mixture after connection with installed pedestal (refer to low pressure injecting method).
2. When injecting using single liquid phase grouting injection pump (SGI-100, SGI-200), weigh the amount of resin and hardener correctly (resin 1kg, hardener 0.5kg) and mix them well with manual or electric mixer and then pour the mixture into the container of injector and inject them through packer or mighty injector installed at crack part by operating the switch of the equipment (refer to high temperature injection method).
3. When injecting using two liquids phase grouting injection pump, pour resin and hardener into each container of the equipment and check if resin is mixed with hardener well and then inject them through packer, mighty injector or port installed at crack part.

Precautions

1. Please wear proper safety equipments including helmet, protective glasses, gloves and working cloths when handling the agent.
2. Wipe out immediately and wash with soaping water when skin is stained with the agent.
3. Please show a doctor if there is eruption of skin by staining with the agent.
4. install a ventilator at working place to get fresh air.
5. Keep correct mix ration when mixing resin and hardener in case of two component type grouter.
6. Clean out instruments or equipment used for working with thinner etc.
7. Mix smaller amount of resin in summer as its pot life, drying time, hardening time may differ by temperature or mixing amount. Increase the temperature of resin in winter season.
   Pot life : Time period of work with the mixture of resin and hardener.
   Drying time : Time period from the property of mixed resin begins to change to the time of hardening. After this time, we can not work with the mixture.
   Hardening time : The time to get mechanical strength as the agent hardens completely(it should be at least 7 days and final strength can be measured at this time.)
8. Do not use if it is below than 5℃ except unavoidable situation.
