Daewoongsan Aged Black Garlic is made of 100% garlic of Namhae, Korea, growing as having the sea wind and fog, which is developed by using Doul's unique 'garlic ripening room'.
It is not baked or boiled, which is new-concept black food made through long-time ripening process for garlic's unique ingredients under optimized temperature for each ripening step. Because it does not have spicy taste and bad smell that garlic originally have,  it is well-being food that everyone can enjoy garlic's sweetness conveniently.

Daewoongsan Aged Black Garlic does not use any other ingredients to make good taste, which can be just tasty food having natural sugar of about 55 Brix.
